Venosta Valley is definitely one of the best MTB destinations in the Alps due to stable and almost rainless weather conditions and its natural finish trails. In the last years a proper mountain bike boom has taken place in the valley between Laces and Lake Resia. Our regular guests are mostly mountain bikers who appreciate and profit from the guided tours of all levels of difficulty.

Okay, we won’t discuss the definition of “sun day”. The point is that the climate of Venosta Valley is particularly dry and sunny. Therefore, mountain biking is possible from March to November without difficulty. And also in the middle of the winter the “sunny mountain” often remains free of snow until 1.500 meters a.s.l.
